Say hello to Inez. I was inspired to paint her in memory of my grandmother Inez who loved to wear big beautiful hats to church every Sunday. I recall going through my grandmother's hat boxes when ever I would visit her, and I'd pull out those beautiful, expensive hats and try them on. My grandmother Inez also loved my art. When I look at this painting, I see Inez, in all her fashionable style and grace, sitting in front of a beautiful painting that she just purchased from a very honored artist...me.
